Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Barretts at Ashford Kent are so much more accommodating and friendly than Tunbridge Wells and Hailsham. They could definitely learn a few things.

We received a very good service, the staff are always friendly and welcoming and my service was carried out quickly. It was also good that we didn't have to drop the car off too early in the morning. The video of the car health check is also useful.

Was very happy with overall experience, everyone was very helpful, wish you had a proper receptionist you stand around not knowing who to approach and in the end have to try and make out who's not on the phone or busy elsewhere

Could not fault the service , only one thing the car was wash and it looked great until I opened up the boot and found frame was not cleaned at all.?
