I was able to ring and speak to a real person very quickly and easily. Courtney was very welcoming and helpful and I was able to wait whilst my car was serviced. I was given clear information about what my car needed.

The level of customer service we received from Courtney was exceptional. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared that we had a positive experience. She is a real credit to Barrett's MINI Ashford.

Easy to check car in online. However, due to my working hours had to drop my car early (7am) so would have liked to have been able to leave my car and drop keys in a safety box as someone else had to return with my keys after picking me up.
