Fantastic service again from Tim making sure I was fully aware of all the features of the new car. He also made sure that I was happy with the driving experience of the new car and offered a great insight into the vehicle as he uses the same vehicle

We've not been able to give five stars to our experience as when we collected our new Mini the BMW network had gone down Nationally. Tim and various members of staff tried to help. Tim kindly came to our house at 8.30 am next day to connect us.

Lewis and all other crew were very friendly and helpful. My deal was done with no issue. they have to use new MINI process and that was so quick to process.

Car was booked for 10am, but we weren't checked in till 10:15. Not enough service staff? They confirmed my phone no & said they'd be in touch when the car was ready but they emailed, instead of phoning/texting, so I didn't see it till a lot later.
