Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Barretts at Ashford Kent are so much more accommodating and friendly than Tunbridge Wells and Hailsham. They could definitely learn a few things.

Easy to check car in online. However, due to my working hours had to drop my car early (7am) so would have liked to have been able to leave my car and drop keys in a safety box as someone else had to return with my keys after picking me up.
