The dates were slightly confused but received it finally. Tim Tansley at Ashford was responsive and approachable at all times. Once my Countryman E arrived, and we completed the paperwork, he was very thorough in explaining how to drivew it!

Having authorised work to avoid advisory on MOT I find MOT had already been carried out so ended up with an advisory anyway. Conned out of paying your over inflated prices for brake pad change. Was NOT happy.
