The dates were slightly confused but received it finally. Tim Tansley at Ashford was responsive and approachable at all times. Once my Countryman E arrived, and we completed the paperwork, he was very thorough in explaining how to drivew it!

You told me I need to change my rear pads (technician on video told me they were 90% worn) . I thought this strange so I got a second opinion and they are only 50% worn. That is fraudulent

Barrett's were really helpful in giving me information about what tyres I had & securing a new tyre for me & a time in the workshop to replace my flat. They looked after me very well. So courteous.
