The purchase went smoothly, and the delivery was the best. We've had deliveries from Mercedes, Alfa Romeo, Vauxhall and Ford and none of them compared to the handover experience from Mini.

Jodie welcoming and efficient, she kept me updated on the being done on my car and any potential concerns. I was provided with a great little Mini as a loan car with plenty of fuel in it and my car was returned to me clean at no extra charge.
