The cars are exceptional and this is my second new car from mini and the salesman Ed at Ashford made the experience so helpful and easy for a lady of my age.

The service and system update was scheduled to take 3 hours, comfortable waiting area with tea and coffee on tap, all works were completed in 2.5 hours, car washed and vacuumed amazing.
