I am a BMW customer, I have several BMW's, I have always liked the minis. I was served by Mrs Claire Wales, as a company director I can recognise good staff, Claire went above and beyond to complete this transaction as smoothly as possible.

The car was checked in to have steering wheel replaced. However in addition a full service check , wag and clean was completed just 5 days after the 3 year warranty check (which also included the same work).
This is the 7th Mini I've owned now and I am always updated regularly during the build process and made to feel welcome at point of delivery.
No problems, great communications, happy customer. Georgie was lovely .

My Mini was given excellent attention and given back to me in a spotless condition.
There was no video health check, the car was not cleaned properly, I had to chase for an update on the car. I didn't know if I had a bill or not following an MOT. I was told the car was ready and it wasn't - I have a 30 mins drive to get to the gar
The service aspect was a positive as expected.
Since I visited there for purcasing, all their staff were very kind to me for all the matters. As they knew, my English is not good, but they were very patient.
All my questions were answered and any problems were solved quickly.
Delivered what was promised. Craig kept me updated at all times.

I booked my service/MOT in for a set time, 10am , and took the day off work to have this done. On arrival the service desk told me I did not have a set time appointment and the earliest they could do it was 3pm. I later found the 10am confirmation

The girl I dealt with went the extra mile when I found out my second hand mini did not have a service pack to find one that worked for me. Impressed with the customer service I received. Chatted to sales guy who was helpful but not at all pushy.
