Received a filthy courtesy car with a petrol tank on empty. Also not sure why it took the whole day; why don't you allocate slots? I dropped it off at 9am and got it back after 5pm despite calling around 2pm for an update which I didn't get.

the tyres were not equally balanced after the service, but the service manageress sent someone very helpful to rectify the fault.
I was kept updated re additional work and this was backed up by good advice. Vehicle health check is always good to have, video is very handy. Work was completed on time vehicle returned beautifully cleaned and running perfectly.

The service was undertaken fairly quickly but the free valet was non existent (except wheels). I washed the car a couple of days before after driving in thick muddy roads in Devon. The witness marks from my quick polish were still evident on return

Everything went as planned, no issues and got the car back earlier than expected on the day
Was not too fussed that it was not possible to clean my car after the service. After all it was a busy day. But when a valet clean is offered as recompense and I hear no more about this it is a slight disappointing.
