Because the standards of customer service through out BMW and BMW Mini I have found to be high over many years of ownership through out this dealership and this is the reason I always return.

Jake at Barretts was brilliant at every meeting. In fact, we were determined to shop around but we never did in the end. Thoroughly professional whilst gauging the right amount of humour and personal service.

I have previously tried my local dealer but prefer to travel 30 miles to Barrett's Ashford as they offer a better service. Super friendly and efficient staff and a nice tea/coffee wait area, plus they clean my car much nicer
