I Asked to collect my car for 3pm and wasnt ready until 4pm. Sat around waiting for an hour and only told its not out of the workshop yet. Could of phoned before and let me know it wasnt ready,

The reception into the service advisor was very slow on delivering my car. I had to wait nearly half an hour to book in. Suggest more staff on first thing in the morning.
There was quite a wait. When I arrived I had to wait to sit down with someone for a 'hand over' process and the same at the end. This didn't seem to serve any real purpose.
Barratts Ashford were extremely helpful. Harry did everything he could to do a deal and get me the car I wanted.

My only complaint is that my new mini, which was in another showroom in the country, still took 2 weeks until I could collect it.

As above: great overall service, smart show room, courteous, engaging staff, transparent processes, knowledgeable people. Only drawback was overly tenacious sales staff whom often needed reminding as to our actual requirements.

I was charged for investigation/rectification of a fault that had been caused by the Service Technician during the previous visit.This was refunded, but only after I contacted the Manager directly.

The salesman newly trained. Felt his knowledge was limited at times and his understanding of the finances not really 100%.Having purchased many BMWs and Landrovers from Broadoak this was not the best experience. No gift either! No special feel!
Receiving all the videos was great to see how my mini alterations were coming along. The excitement of pressing the button and entering the room to pick up my new Mini25 was awesome and a surprise.

I felt really looked after the whole time, I was offered refreshments when I was in the show room and Rikki took the time to talk to me and show me around. I was updated regularly so I always knew the status of my car. Right through to collection :)
