Awesome service! Turned up a little early but was given complementary coffee + biscuits!
Even after the car was left with you for a week for water leaks into the boot, the leaks were rectified but I had to dehumidify the interior as the car was steaming up badly!

Salesman Craig Lingham was excellent. I'd never even sat in a Mini before so had lots of questions - he was able to answer EVERY question I had and following an informative test drive, I was able to purchase exactly the Mini I wanted with his help.
The staff I dealt with were professional and pleasant great team. I came with a problem which was somehow not detected? Although my car got serviced I still left with the problem. Still have the problem, will need to get it resolved. disappointed!

It took a while to get my car booked in. I originally booked immediately after it was recalled & this was cancelled the day before for no parts, it then took me quite a while to fit in losing my car for the day.
Original date for work was cancelled at 24 hours notice as required part was on back order.
everything was fine, although was disappointed that the sensors on rear of vehicle were not fitted before my arranged pick up date
The car was recalled so I expected to have some paperwork stating exactly what had been done for future reference.

We had no intention of purchasing that day but the ability and sales person efficiency presented us with a simple and acceptable decision to buy.
After my winter wheel swap, on driving the car away the on-board computer indicated that the Tyre Pressures needed resetting. I would have expected this to be done already. More concerning - I found one of the tyres to be dangerously low.

difficult to get a Saturday appointment until AFTER my MOT date. health & warranty check performed AFTER my MOT 3 year old vehicle failed due to a damaged tyre. Additional costs incurred. Still waiting for a response from the service dept manager.

I have only had to bring it in once - for which this is the survey. This was for a BMW recall, which after booking in the first time, it had to be changed as you had not received the bits.
We have a service package but had to pay to top oil up, i would have thought it should be included

Whilst the work was done very well and all staff were great, the actual fault (a blocked rear wash wipe pipe) really should have been sorted as part of the service rather than a subsequent appointment
