The only disappointment was that the handover had to be undertaken in torrential rain. Myself and the inside of the brand new car got soaked. I would have preferred a covered area to hand over a new vehicle.

Its a totally new team finding their feet, and for us its not the mini experience, weve liked greatly over the years.If head office is bring in these changes, we buy a mini as a package and like Ive said its more like the BMW as a whole brand.

My issue was resolved but I have since discovered that this is a common fault; I was made to feel as though it was only my car & that the engineers were not sure they could hear the rattle. Might have been easier to have been honest from the start!

I wanted to get the Sat Nav sorted as we were going away for three days to an area we were unfamiliar. Sat Nav failed several times, not picking up roads etc not recognising post codes in some cases and also National Trust properties!
As per above the dealer has provided excellent service for the last three years.

Service very satisfactory but a bit concerned to see from the read out that I have to come back in 900 miles
