staff were very helpful and explained everything in depth. Tried everything they could to find me a car at a great deal. The whole experience from choosing the car to picking it up was amazing. Would definitely recommend to family/friends
The dealer is easy to find, enough room to park and the facilities are very good as is the hot chocolate and biscuits.
I would've scored 1, but I gave a 2 because I cannot fault the work carried out by the technicians. The customer facing part of the service department is another story. I've logged my dissatisfaction by phone.

Pleased you picked the car up but very disappointed that you tried to sell me two new tyres on the basis of damaged walls. I have had them independently checked and they are OK.

Efficient and helpful
Very good but was called later than promised to say car was ready for collection when promised so had to endure rush hour traffic.
Overall I loved the experience of getting my new car,just a shame about the paper work!

Curtesy car given was not the car I was told I would get, got given a convertible I could not fit my pushchair in boot or get childseat in back, manual instead of auto which I normally drive, and told no other car available for me.
From our first enquiry the sales executive was friendly and knowledgeable.

The drop off/pick up service could be more personalised (as other garages do) and better run. Working on organised pickup/drops as opposed to making the driver go to specific sites whether there's a customer there or not is not time efficient.
Should have been s 90 minute wait while serviced ended up being 2 plus hours!!!!

Timing had been agreed prior to our visit, however Barrett's tried to change this from the moment we arrived. We had arranged to collect the car at 3:00pm. got a call to say the car had only just gone into the work shop around 3.00pm!!!

Barretts Ashford have always looked after us very well, they do seem priced on the high side when comparing south east outlets, however there personal service on our last experience was just as good as the first time.
Fault not diagnosed. I didn't feel there was much interest in dealing with a used car warranty issue.
When we bought the car 12 months ago, we was advised it needed servicing in 12 months, which the service reminder said in the cars computer 02/2019, when we took it in for a service, we was told it was an MOT reminder, but needed a service in 04/2019

Even after the car was left with you for a week for water leaks into the boot, the leaks were rectified but I had to dehumidify the interior as the car was steaming up badly!

Salesman Craig Lingham was excellent. I'd never even sat in a Mini before so had lots of questions - he was able to answer EVERY question I had and following an informative test drive, I was able to purchase exactly the Mini I wanted with his help.
The staff I dealt with were professional and pleasant great team. I came with a problem which was somehow not detected? Although my car got serviced I still left with the problem. Still have the problem, will need to get it resolved. disappointed!
